Payroll / Accounts Receivable Officer – Balcatta

We’re currently seeking an experienced Payroll / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our client on a temporary basis, commencing ASAP through to 1 February 2027.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours, with the ability to work around other commitments.

The Role
Working across both payroll and accounts receivable, you’ll be responsible for keeping day-to-day financial processes running smoothly and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing payroll accurately and on time
• Managing accounts receivable and following up outstanding payments
• Raising invoices and allocating payments
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with reconciliations and general accounts duties
• Responding to payroll and accounts-related queries
• Supporting the wider finance team as required

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced across payroll and accounts receivable
• Confident using MYOB – essential
• Accurate and organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Available to commence ASAP

What’s on Offer

• $40+ per hour
• 4 days per week – 9am-2pm
• ASAP start
• Temporary contract through to 1 February 2027
