Registered Nurse - Roving Night Duty

• Permanent full-time Opportunity working Sunday-Thursday night each week (77.5 hours per fortnight)
• Night Duty shifts 2300 to 0715
• Generous EA rate plus a 5,000 km Car Allowance and $10,000 per annum incentive payment

About the Role

As a Roving Registered Nurse, you will support our Central Adelaide sites, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality care across our facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact wherever they’re needed most. As part of the roving team, you’ll be scheduled across multiple Eldercare facilities - and due to the nature of the role, you’ll need to be comfortable with short‑notice direction on which site you’ll be supporting on any given night. 

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality, individualised nursing care to our residents including complex care needs and wound and pain management. You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that quality care and customer service is consistently delivered. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)

• Current AHPRA registration

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse

• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision‑making skills

• Confidence supervising and supporting staff

• A warm, professional approach to building relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Flexibility and readiness to work across multiple sites, sometimes at short notice
