New team members who join our Bluebird Early Education Sinnamon Park centre between now and 31st October 2026 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to $1,500, paid in two instalments - the first after your initial 12 weeks, and the second at the 6-month mark. Current Opportunities:
We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird team, with permanent part-time positions available for Diploma qualified Educators. Permanent part-time positions of up to 37.5 hours per week.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
- Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
- Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
- A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
- Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
