A well-known boutique ESD firm from Melbourne is expanding to Brisbane, and they're looking for an experienced ESD professional with strong business development skills to establish and grow their presence in Queensland.

Your role will include:
- Leading sustainability/ESD projects and providing expert advice to clients
- Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
- Managing projects from concept through to completion, ensuring best-practice sustainability outcomes
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, innovative culture
About you:
- 2-3+ years' experience in ESD/green building consultancy or building services
- Proven business development skills with a client-focused mindset
- Strong technical knowledge of sustainability practices, NABERS, Green Star, and similar frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of a new office
