Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a well-established financial services organisation to recruit a Compliance Manager into a broad and highly visible role.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the compliance framework, providing practical regulatory advice, overseeing compliance monitoring and reporting, and supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations. The position offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and a genuine opportunity to influence compliance culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advice across the business
- Maintain and enhance compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
- Manage compliance incidents, breaches and reporting
- Support compliance monitoring and assurance activities
- Deliver regulatory and compliance reporting to senior stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory change and assist with implementation
- Facilitate compliance training and awareness initiatives
- Build effective relationships across the business and wider stakeholder group
About You
- Experience in compliance within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong understanding of Australian regulatory requirements
- Experience with compliance frameworks, monitoring and reporting
- Ability to interpret regulation and provide practical business advice
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in law, risk, compliance, commerce or a related discipline
