About the Role

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will support elderly residents to maintain their wellbeing, dignity and independence while delivering high-quality care within residential aged care facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns
• Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care teams
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and staff
• Delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 6 months recent experience as an AIN, PCA or Care Worker in aged care
• Current National Police Check
• Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing
• Full Australian working rights
