With continued growth and a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service, the business is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead its maintenance division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Plumber looking to step away from the tools full-time (or significantly reduce tool time) and move into a leadership position where you'll oversee a team of experienced technicians, mentor apprentices, coordinate daily operations, and manage quoting and estimating.

What you'll be doing
- Lead, mentor and support a team of maintenance plumbers
- Provide technical guidance and assist with complex maintenance issues
- Prepare quotations and estimates for plumbing maintenance works
- Coordinate daily scheduling, workflow and job allocation
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive quality workmanship and a positive team culture
What we're looking for
- Victorian Registered Plumbing Licence
- Strong background within commercial maintenance plumbing
- Previous experience leading or supervising field staff
- Experience preparing quotations and estimates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach
- Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality outcomes
