Test Manager
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across a major global technology transformation program.
You will own the end-to-end test strategy, planning and execution, working closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to ensure quality, readiness and successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan and Schedule.
- Lead testing across large-scale, complex technology programs, coordinating multiple delivery teams, systems and stakeholders.
- Coordinate testing across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, performance and UAT testing.
- Manage test environments, test data, entry/exit criteria and defect triage.
- Identify and manage testing risks, dependencies and gaps.
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, quality and go-live readiness.
- Drive the use of AI, automation and modern testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
About You We’re looking for a proven Test Manager with experience delivering testing across large, complex technology programs. You’ll be strategic but hands-on, comfortable working through complexity, resolving issues and keeping testing on track.
Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in AI, automation and modern QA practices.
