Senior Project Manager

Your New Company:
This leading South Australian health organisation is focused on delivering strategic transformation initiatives that improve services, outcomes and operational effectiveness across the network. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the PMO and lead complex organisational projects and programs.
Your New Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to organisational objectives.Working closely with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders and project teams, you will provide leadership across governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation activities.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering complex projects and transformation initiatives from commencement through to completion.
• Establishing and maintaining strong project governance frameworks.
• Managing project risks, issues, reporting and performance metrics.
• Engaging and influencing executive, clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Supporting organisational change activities to drive successful adoption of outcomes.
• Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring within the PMO environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise projects and transformation programs.
• Strong project governance, reporting and risk management capability.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience within a PMO environment.
• Healthcare or government sector experience will be highly regarded.
