Senior Architect - Delivery Experience

They are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Contract Administrator with strong local knowledge and a proven experience across project delivery and contract administration. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex projects while working alongside a talented and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract administration and project delivery across a diverse range of architectural projects
- Act as Superintendent, managing contracts, project programming, reporting and construction administration
- Coordinate consultants and contractors throughout delivery, ensuring projects remain on track and to a high standard
- Manage D&C projects and procurement processes, resolving construction issues while protecting design intent
- Oversee documentation, specifications, detailing, scheduling and compliance through the construction phase.
Skills & Experience:
- Min. 10 years’ architectural experience with strong Australian and local project experience
- Proven experience in Contract Administration and acting as Superintendent on complex projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods and D&C project delivery
- Experience managing consultants, project programmes, specifications, construction documentation and client relationships
- Thorough knowledge of local construction systems, building codes, standards and regulations, with an understanding of Revit and BIM processes
