Core Talent are currently partnering a Bespoke Residential and commerical builder who are looking for a Senior Project Manager. You will Lead Landmark Projects with a Growing Boutique Builder

Our client is a highly regarded boutique construction company with an outstanding reputation for delivering luxury architectural homes, premium commercial projects and complex bespoke builds across Sydney. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, strong client relationships and attention to detail, they continue to secure an impressive pipeline of work valued between $5M-$15M.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their project delivery team and oversee the successful execution of multiple high-value projects.

The Opportunity
This is a leadership role where you'll work closely with the Directors to drive project performance, mentor the delivery team and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You'll have the opportunity to influence business operations, improve project delivery processes and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of luxury residential or premium commercial fit-out projects valued between $5M-$15M.
• Manage, mentor and develop Project Managers, Site Managers and project delivery staff.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Drive project programmes, budgets, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Oversee procurement, planning, programming and project methodology.
• Ensure projects comply with WHS, quality assurance and contractual requirements.
• Continuously improve project delivery systems and team performance.

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects valued between $5M-$15M, or extensive experience managing premium commercial fit-out projects of similar value.
• Previous experience leading and mentoring project teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A solid understanding of construction methodology, programming and contract administration.
