No two construction projects are exactly the same.

Depending on your experience and skill set, opportunities may be available across commercial construction, residential construction, civil works, infrastructure projects, subdivisions, concrete works, structural projects and general construction.

Whether you prefer working as part of a large site crew, supporting specialist trades or getting hands-on with a smaller construction team, we'll work to match your experience with the right opportunity.

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK

We understand that good construction workers are more than just a list of qualifications. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, understand the importance of working safely and can be relied upon to turn up and get the job done.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience working in the construction industry
A current White Card

A current Driver's Licence and reliable transport - desirable with MR and above licensing
Relevant trade qualifications, licences and tickets where required
A strong understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety
The ability to follow instructions, work safely and communicate effectively
The ability to work in a physically demanding construction environment
A commitment to maintaining a professional standard of workmanship

Additional licences and tickets are highly regarded, including plant and equipment tickets, working at heights, EWP, forklift, telehandler, confined space and other relevant construction qualifications.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced:

Asphalt / Spray Seal Labourers - skilled in road construction, asphalt placement, site preparation, and working safely within fast-paced civil construction environments

Steel Fixers - Experience with reinforcement steel, tying, placement and working from construction plans is highly regarded.

Concreters - Skilled workers experienced in concrete placement, finishing, formwork preparation and general concreting activities.

Formwork Labourers - Workers with experience assisting carpenters and formwork crews, preparing work areas and supporting construction activities.

Construction Labourers - Reliable workers comfortable with physically demanding work, site preparation, material handling, clean-up and assisting trades and site crews.

Qualified Tradespeople - We encourage qualified and experienced workers from all construction trades to get in touch, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, plant operators and other skilled professionals.
