Hamilton Island is home to a diverse collection of premium dining venues, ranging from refined a la carte restaurants to fast-paced, high-end resort dining. Each venue delivers a consistently high standard of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our premium dining teams, working across a variety of restaurant styles. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are confident in sequence of service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering polished, memorable guest experiences.

Your Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver consistent, high-quality service across a range of premium venues. You’ll bring confidence, efficiency, and professionalism to every service while maintaining Hamilton Island’s established service standards.

Confidently manage a la carte orders in fast-paced, premium venues
Carry three plates and manage tray service with confidence and control
Set and clear courses efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Provide professional, attentive service tailored to guest expectations
Maintain RSA and food safety standards at all times
Work collaboratively within a high-performing service team
Support opening and closing duties to ensure venue readiness
What we’re looking for
You are an experienced and professional Food & Beverage Attendant who takes pride in refined service and attention to detail. You are confident, adaptable, and comfortable working across different restaurant styles while maintaining premium service standards.
To be successful, you will need:
Previous experience in premium or high-end dining environments
Strong understanding of sequence of service and a la carte dining
Confidence carrying three plates and managing tray service
Professional presentation and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced service periods
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
Flexibility to work across multiple venues and split shifts
