Job Type: Permanent part-time position - 30 hours per week
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 2:30 pm

What You'll Do

• Lead daily kitchen operations, overseeing bulk cooking, food preparation and seamless meal service
• Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs, including texture-modified diets prepared to prescribed standards
• Uphold exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen presentation
• Oversee kitchen workflows to ensure efficient operations and consistent meal quality
• Foster a warm, welcoming dining environment through attentive service and a strong focus on resident wellbeing
