Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals with care, contributing to a positive and enjoyable dining experience for residents
- Deliver warm, attentive customer service, helping residents feel welcomed, respected and valued
- Assist with meal and tray service, ensuring meals are delivered efficiently and with consideration for residents’ needs
- Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, dishwashing and maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a team to support the smooth delivery of catering services
- Bring a compassionate, resident-focused approach to your work, recognising the important role quality food and friendly service play in everyday life
