Expression of Interest: Windscreen Fitter 
Location: Brisbane + other locations across Southeast Queensland 
Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 
Salary: Starting from $81,120 per annum plus superannuation, negotiable based on experience; relocation allowance may be available.

About the role 
As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you’ll provide mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services for our members and customers. You’ll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, with a focus on safe, high-quality workmanship that meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.  

This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

• Sunshine Coast (Caloundra, Maroochydore)
• Gold Coast

About you

• Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade.
• Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Hold current C Class Driver Licence or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check.
