Sales Operations Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Advisor to support a high-performing technology sales organization. This role serves as a key partner to sales teams, managing quoting, order operations, vendor engagement, and sales support activities while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage quotes, order processing, and order tracking.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts.
• Support pricing, product configuration, and sales operations activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase deal value through product and service attachments.
• Provide reports and updates to key stakeholders.
• Support account planning and operational initiatives.
• Mentor and assist junior team members as needed. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Commercial Operations experience, preferably in the technology industry.
• Hands-on experience with the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) tool.
• Strong knowledge of quote-to-order processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred

• Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, or partner ecosystems.
• Exposure to enterprise sales environments.
