Town Planner
- Provide professional planning assessment services for development and subdivision matters.
- Ensure applications are assessed accurately and efficiently in accordance with legislation.
- Prepare reports for Council determination and review various planning applications.
The role will provide professional planning assessment services across a range of development and subdivision matters, ensuring applications are assessed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant legislation and council requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess Development Applications and prepare reports for Council determination.
* Review and process Subdivision Works Certificate applications.
* Assess Subdivision Certificate applications.
* Undertake assessments of Section 138 applications under the Roads Act.
* Review Planning Certificates and provide planning advice as required.
