ABOUT YOU

• You're a proven retail leader with experience in a Store or Assistant Manager role.
• Sales is your strength. You love engaging with customers, closing sales and leading by example.
• You know how to motivate a team and hold people accountable to their targets.
• You're commercially minded, KPI-driven and thrive in a performance-focused environment.
• You bring confidence, energy and a polished approach to premium customer service.
• Womenswear or premium fashion experience will be highly regarded.
