Are you a polished, commercially driven retail leader with a passion for men's fashion, luxury service and building lasting client relationships?
We're partnering with an exciting and growing Australian luxury menswear business to find an exceptional Store Manager for its beautiful Hyde Park showroom.

This is no ordinary retail management opportunity. We're looking for someone who loves the art of selling, has an eye for style and thrives on creating memorable, personalised experiences.

The Opportunity Step into a unique showroom environment where fashion, craftsmanship and exceptional customer service come together.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their individual style, guide them through personalised consultations and help create looks for some of life's most important occasions.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining premium sales, styling, client relationship management and showroom operations.

You'll have the opportunity to make your mark, build a loyal client following and contribute to the continued growth of an exciting Australian fashion business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving showroom sales, achieving targets and maximising earning opportunities.
• Delivering exceptional one-on-one styling consultations and personalised customer experiences.
• Building long-term client relationships and generating repeat and referral business.
• Leading daily showroom operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Guiding clients through premium product selections, styling and customisation options.
• Managing client appointments, follow-ups and administration.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the business and strengthen its local presence.
• Representing the business with confidence, style and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in premium retail, luxury fashion or consultative sales.
• Previous Store Management or strong senior retail leadership experience.
• A genuine passion for men's fashion, styling and personal presentation.
• An impressive sales track record and confidence working towards KPIs.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• A natural ability to connect with clients and deliver a premium experience.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• A confident, outgoing personality with a genuine hunger to succeed.

Experience in menswear, suiting, luxury fashion, bridal or occasionwear would be highly regarded.
Above all, we're looking for someone who knows how to turn a great customer experience into a great commercial result!

• $78,000–$83,000 base salary + uncapped commissions.
