Your new role
As Digital Performance Lead, you will own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and performance of key digital marketing channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders and a high-performing marketing team, you'll use data and insights to drive enquiries, maximise return on investment, and identify new growth opportunities.This role suits a commercially minded digital marketer who thrives on performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in shaping digital strategy while mentoring junior team members and driving a strong test-and-learn culture.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven success managing high-performing digital marketing campaigns
- Minimum five years' experience across Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
- Strong experience delivering measurable ROI and lead generation outcomes
- Advanced analytical skills with confidence interpreting large datasets
- Hands-on experience with GA4, digital reporting, and campaign optimisation
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Experience managing budgets and performance marketing initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to AI, automation, and modern marketing technology tools
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline are advantageous
