Senior RFP and DDQ Specialist - Funds

Our client is an established Australian investment management business with a diverse range of investment strategies and products across institutional, wholesale and retail markets.

This role sits within the Client Operations team and is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of RFPs and DDQs, from initial receipt through to final submission. The key is for this person to come in and enhance a newly implemented RFP technology platform and centralised content library. It would suit a client-focused professional who enjoys producing and elevating high-quality content, coordinating with senior stakeholders and using technology to improve processes and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of RFPs and DDQs across the investment manager’s product range.

• Manage submission timelines, stakeholder contributions, quality control and final delivery.

• Manage the new RFP technology platform, including its content library, workflows, question bank and user access. (Loopio) 

• Draft and tailor accurate client-facing content 

• Maintain a centralised content library and improve standardised responses, efficiency and consistency.

• Track submission activity and outcomes while providing additional client servicing support when required.

Skills & Experience:

• Three to five years’ experience within asset management or wholesale funds management.

• Demonstrated experience managing RFPs and DDQs 

• Hands-on experience with an RFP platform such as Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian or similar.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and compelling client-facing content.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Knowledge of managed funds, ETFs or fund registry processes would be highly regarded.
