Diesel Fitters WA

At Stellar Maintenance, we believe there's more to a great maintenance career than chasing the next hourly rate. Maybe you're chasing the big dollars while you're young. Maybe you want a roster that gives you more time at home. Perhaps you're ready to get off the tools, step into supervision or take your career overseas.

Whatever drives you, we want to hear about it.

For 20 years, Stellar Recruitment has been helping people build careers and we have seen some of our candidates go from the workshop to the boardroom.

We've placed everyone from Servicepersons and Diesel Fitters through to Maintenance Superintendents, Asset Managers and Executive General Managers of Assets, across Australia and internationally.

That means we understand where you are today, but more importantly, we can help you get where you want to go tomorrow.

What's on offer?
Depending on your experience, priorities and career ambitions, we can explore:

• Competitive remuneration – opportunities to maximise your earning potential
• Rosters that suit your life – FIFO, DIDO, residential and lifestyle-friendly options
• Vehicle packages – including company vehicles for suitable opportunities
• Location flexibility – opportunities across Australia and potentially overseas
• Variety of work – mining, heavy mobile equipment, workshops, field service and more
• Career progression – from “on the tools” into leading hands, supervision, planning, management and beyond
• Long-term career support – someone in your corner as your ambitions and circumstances change

We'll work out what matters most to you and explore the options.

If you're a qualified Diesel Fitter or Heavy Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in your work and want to work with a business that genuinely values its people, we'd like to talk.

Apply today or get in touch for a confidential, no-obligation conversation about what your next move could look like.
