Our client is a WA-owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia.
Established for over 20 years and backed by a larger national group, they have built a strong reputation for delivering projects across apartments, commercial offices, education, aged care, retail, mixed-use developments and large-scale government projects.
With an experienced leadership team bringing Tier 1 experience and a strong pipeline of secured work, the business continues to grow across the WA construction market.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee major social and affordable housing developments, with two high-rise apartment projects located north and south of the river.

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Construction Economics or Engineering
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a commercial main contractor
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $30M+
- Experience delivering high-rise apartments, residential developments or social and affordable housing projects will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams and key stakeholders
- Excellent commercial, contractual and programme management skills
- Strong communication and subcontractor management capabilities
- Local WA construction experience and established relationships with the local supply chain preferred
