About the Role
gforce is currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Food Production Worker to join our client's team in Mitchell Park
You'll be involved in the day-to-day production of food products, working as part of a supportive team where safety, quality and attention to detail are important.
Your day will include:
- Measuring, pouring and mixing ingredients
- Weighing and handling bags of ingredients, including up to 25kg
- Picking, labelling and packing finished products
- Following quality, hygiene and safety procedures
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have years of food manufacturing experience. If you have experience in food production, baking, cooking, hospitality, warehousing or a similar hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll need:
- A good level of physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Good reading, writing and numeracy skills
- A strong focus on safety and quality
- The ability to safely handle and lift up to 25kg
- Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
This is a casual position with up to 38 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person.
