About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent participants across a range of ages and support needs. You will deliver neuro-affirming, person-centred services that help individuals build skills, improve participation, and achieve meaningful goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments
• Complete Sensory Processing Assessments
• Deliver capacity-building supports
• Implement emotional regulation strategies
• Support fine and gross motor skill development
• Provide parent and carer coaching
• Facilitate individual and group-based interventions
• Collaborate with participants, families, and support networks
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reports

What you'll need

• Current AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check
• Current Driver's Licence
• Passion for neuro-affirming practice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality participant outcomes
