This represents an extremely rare management opportunity with one of the leading accounting firms on the Sunshine Coast. This firm has been in operation for many years and are very well known in the region. The firm is led by a team of personable and down to earth Partners.

The firm is modern, innovative and believe in flexible working conditions.

POSITION

The position of Business Services Manager has been created due to internal restructuring to support the Partner

The role will involve:

• Manage client relationships in conjuction with the Partner
• Review the work completed by the accounting team (on shore and off shore)
• Attend networking events and help grow the firm
• Assist with the day to day operations of the firm

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA qualified
• 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Previous experience managing staff and reviewing work (min 1 year management experience)
• Experience with XPM, Xero
• Outstanding technical ability
• A genuine passion to grow their career.
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
