Our client, an established international bank, is seeking a Trade Product Manager to drive the development, commercialisation and enhancement of its regional trade finance business across Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance documentary trade and open account trade finance products, processes and solutions.
- Lead regional product rollouts and support local teams with implementation, transaction execution and commercialisation.
- Drive APAC trade finance business growth through product promotion, market analysis and data-driven initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities, operational processes and client solutions.
- Develop product materials and collaborate with regional branches, sales teams and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of banking experience, preferably in trade finance or transaction banking.
- Experience in trade product management within an international or regional bank is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant analytical tools.
