Your new companyHays are partnering with reputable civil contractors experiencing continued growth across Adelaide. Due to increasing project demands, we are seeking experienced Civil Labourers for long-term opportunities across a variety of civil construction projects.
Your new roleAs a Civil Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- General civil labouring duties
- Trenching and ground preparation
- Assisting plant operators and site crews
- Spotting plant and equipment
- Installation of civil infrastructure
- Site clean-up and manual handling tasks
- Working safely within confined spaces and at heights
- Maintaining a safe and organised worksite
What you'll need to succeed
- White Card (Essential)
- Working at Heights Ticket (Essential)
- Confined Space Ticket (Essential)
- Previous civil construction experience highly regarded
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
