Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our healthcare staffing team for casual and ad hoc opportunities with an aged care facility in Rosewood, QLD.
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexibility, additional shifts, or the opportunity to work within a supportive aged care environment.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in providing high quality, person centred care to residents and supporting their health, wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality, person centred care to residents.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical requirements.
- Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
- Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote resident dignity, choice, independence and quality of life.
- Respond appropriately to changes in residents' health and escalate concerns as required.
- Maintain compliance with relevant clinical, regulatory and aged care standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
- Current 2025/2026 Influenza Vaccination record.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Australian Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Full working rights in Australia – no sponsorship available.
- Reliable, professional and genuinely passionate about providing quality resident care.
