Your new role:

• Seeking an experienced Mobile Developer (iOS and/or Android) to support the ongoing modernisation of Victoria's registration and licencing services, including customer-facing digital products such as Digital Driver Licence and other online service platforms.
• Working within a large-scale transformation environment, you will design, develop and enhance secure, scalable mobile applications, integrate with enterprise APIs and backend services, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects and cross-functional delivery teams to improve customer experience and digital adoption.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong Swift and/or Kotlin development skills, experience building high-volume consumer applications, knowledge of modern CI/CD and cloud-native delivery practices, and a track record working within complex or highly regulated environments.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong commercial experience with Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android)
• Experience building secure, customer-facing mobile applications at scale
• Integration with APIs, microservices and enterprise platforms
• Exposure to CI/CD, automated testing and modern engineering practices
• Experience within government, financial services, utilities or other regulated environments is highly regarded.
