What you'll need to succeed
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of civil design projects while remaining actively involved in technical engineering outcomes.
This position offers a genuine balance between project leadership and hands-on engineering, making it ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others while still contributing technically when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and reviewing civil design deliverables
- Managing design interfaces with contractors, clients and external consultants
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior and intermediate engineers
- Supporting project planning, design reviews and quality assurance processes
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery
- Contributing to project outcomes through hands-on design involvement when required
