Your new role
As a Civil Engineer, you'll play a key role in the delivery of a diverse range of civil engineering projects across Sydney.Working within a close-knit team, your responsibilities will include:

• Civil design and design delivery across public domain, roads, driveway and infrastructure projects
• Producing detailed designs and documentation using 12D
• Liaising directly with clients, contractors, councils and other project stakeholders
• Managing project deliverables, timelines and technical outcomes
• Attending client meetings and supporting project delivery from concept through to construction
• Contributing to business growth through relationship management and networking opportunities
• Working alongside a partner who will actively mentor and develop your leadership abilities

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering
• 35 years of Australian civil engineering experience
• Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
• Advanced 12D design skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects including roads, public domain and driveway design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders
• A well-developed professional network within the Sydney engineering market will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in a boutique consultancy or local government/council environment
• Project or client management experience is advantageous but not essential
