We're recruiting experienced Boilermakers and Fabricators to join established manufacturing businesses across the Gold Coast and Yatala regions.These roles offer a mix of fabrication, welding, assembly and workshop-based production work, with opportunities ranging from skilled tradespeople with 2+ years' experience through to senior boilermakers.
About the Roles
- Fabrication and welding of industrial components and assemblies
- TIG and MIG welding across a variety of materials
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Work from production schedules and job specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery
- General fabrication duties including marking out, grinding, drilling and finishing
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Support and mentor apprentices or junior tradespeople where required
About You
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker
- Minimum 2 years' fabrication and welding experience
- Experience with TIG and/or MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, safety-focused and able to work within a team environment
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass or other specialised materials highly regarded
- Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential
