Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years' post-admission experience to join a well-established specialist practice and work across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. This role offers meaningful client exposure, genuine business development opportunities, and a supportive environment focused on professional growth and work-life balance.

About the Firm
This specialist law firm comprises approximately 20 lawyers across five practice areas, providing opportunities for collaboration on diverse and complex client matters.

The Role

  • Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, commercial agreements, banking and finance matters, and shareholder arrangements.
  • Manage files across commercial transactions, business structuring, trusts, reorganisations, commercial leasing, and property-related matters.
  • Provide practical and timely legal advice to clients and stakeholders while contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship growth.

About You

  • You will ideally have at least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial law, with experience or a strong interest in corporate and commercial advisory work and transactions.
  • You will have experience drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial agreements and be confident managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, a commercial mindset, and an interest in building your professional profile through business development activities.
