THE POSITION
- Lead and manage the day-to-day catering and hospitality operation across boarding, retail and functions
- Drive exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the client
- Manage financial performance, budgets, stock control and commercial outcomes
- Coordinate and deliver a diverse range of school and client functions and events
- Lead, coach and develop a well-established team within a busy 7-day operation
- Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation and operational excellence
THE PERSON
- Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Unit Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
- Background in education, accommodation, contract catering or a comparable hospitality environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
- Flexible, hands-on approach with a positive and engaging leadership style
- Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and memorable functions
