Infinite Care Ashmore Ashmore Aged Care Home | Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our supportive team. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced aged care clinician who enjoys developing others, driving quality clinical outcomes and making a genuine difference in residents' lives.
Monday - Wednesday | 6:30am - 2:30pm
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the clinical care team
- Mentor and develop nurses and care staff
- Oversee care planning, assessments and documentation
- Support quality, compliance and accreditation outcomes
- Partner with residents, families and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar aged care leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC and clinical documentation
- Passion for mentoring, coaching and developing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
