Subcontractor Opportunity
Nationwide Group is seeking qualified Roadside Mechanic Subcontractors to provide roadside assistance services across Queensland.
This opportunity is suited to individuals operating, or looking to operate, their own business within the automotive industry.
Subcontractors engaged by Nationwide Group attend roadside assistance call outs and provide mechanical support services to motorists experiencing vehicle issues.
Operational onboarding, dispatch support and access to roadside assistance work will be provided.
Services Provided
- Roadside diagnostics and mechanical assessments
- Battery jump starts and battery related assistance
- Tyre changes and roadside tyre assistance
- Vehicle lockout assistance
- Minor roadside mechanical repairs
- Use of diagnostic equipment on modern vehicles
- Maintenance of tools, equipment and vehicle stock required to perform roadside services
Requirements
- Qualified Motor Mechanic or Automotive Electrician
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence or higher
- Previous automotive mechanical experience
- Ability to provide roadside assistance services independently
- Strong customer communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Full Australian working rights
- ABN and ACN, or willingness to obtain
