We are looking for a driven, hands-on All-Rounder Store Person to take charge of our client warehouse.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-follow-instructions role — it’s a genuine opportunity to run the warehouse your way, refine how things work, and grow the position as you grow into it.

What We’re Looking For:
- Ambition and drive — someone who wants to grow and refine this role, not just fill it
- 5+ years in stores /warehouse position
- Proven history working independently and taking ownership
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Forklift license
The Role
You’ll largely run the warehouse independently — with support available around you — taking full ownership of day-to-day store operations, stock and dispatch. This is a role for someone who wants autonomy and is ready to be trusted with it.
- Take full charge of day-to-day warehouse operations
- Receive, store and manage stock accurately
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes
- Work independently and take ownership of outcomes, with support around you when needed
- Help shape the role as the business grows
What’s on offer?
- $45 per hour
- Casual to permanent pathway
- Full-time hours. 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
- Located in Wingfield
