Parts Interpreter | Full Time

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon & Pearce, you’ll be the essential connector who keeps our customers, technicians, and local farming, forestry, and construction communities moving.

In this people‑focused role, you’ll be the trusted expert who helps diagnose parts needs, manage orders, respond to enquiries, and keep our service team stocked and ready. From your spot on the counter to the heart of the workshop, every day brings new challenges and real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Researches and interprets parts requirements.
• Places machine down and stock orders.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Follows up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
• Maintains current product knowledge.
• Participates in Sales Training programs

• Forklift license preferred (we can help you get one!)
