Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with The Performance Precinct (TPP), a brand-new health, wellness and performance destination opening in Wynnum, to find a passionate Massage Therapist to join their growing team.
Bringing together Fitstop Wynnum, MoveWell Recovery Club, physiotherapy, massage, allied health and Bae Café, TPP has been designed around movement, recovery, wellbeing and community.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the precinct from the beginning, build a strong client base and work alongside a network of health, fitness and recovery professionals.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Support clients across recovery, mobility, muscular tension and general wellbeing
• Assess client concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional client experience
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records
• Collaborate with other health, fitness and recovery professionals within TPP

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Massage Therapy or Remedial Massage qualification
• Previous hands-on experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement and muscular function
• Confident, professional and client-focused approach
• Genuine passion for health, recovery and helping people feel their best
• Ability to build relationships and become part of the wider TPP community
