- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
- Work collaboratively with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals
- Respond appropriately to changes in residents' health conditions
- Follow aged care policies, procedures and quality standards
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous aged care experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
- Relevant compliance checks as required
