The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated full time Production Operator to support the manufacture and assembly of high-quality automotive parts with electronic components. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the delivery of innovative products and the ongoing growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and production of automotive parts and electronic components to required specifications.
- Operate production, overmoulding, potting, testing and related equipment safely and in accordance with work instructions.
- Conduct quality checks, testing and inspections to ensure products meet defined standards and tolerances.
- Maintain accurate production, testing and inventory records, reporting stock shortages and production issues as required.
- Support goods receiving, packaging and dispatch activities to ensure efficient workflow and customer delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment while adhering to all quality, environmental and WHS requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive workplace culture.

What You Bring To The Team
- Previous experience in electronic assembly, production assembly or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow work instructions, production guidelines, quality requirements and testing procedures.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently.
- Ability to safely perform detailed assembly, inspection and routine testing tasks requiring visual accuracy, with reasonable adjustments considered where applicable.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to complete assembly and handling tasks safely and accurately.
- Ability to accurately record numerical data and production/testing information in accordance with work instructions.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively.
