  • Supporting project completion, handover and close-out

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong experience delivering residential or commercial subdivision projects
  • Practical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, sewer, water and road construction
  • Experience supervising subcontractors and direct labour
  • The confidence to work autonomously and manage the daily operation of a civil construction site

  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and resource coordination
  • A sound understanding of Queensland workplace health and safety requirements

  • A stable pipeline of secured local work
  • Exposure to varied subdivision and infrastructure projects
  • Support and mentoring from experienced project professionals
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
