About the Position
Our client is seeking a reliable and organised team member to manage quarry deliveries, ex-plant sales and weighbridge operations while providing excellent customer service. The role also involves providing administrative support to the Quarry Manager, ensuring accurate records and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the quarry weighbridge and manage incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.
- Process quarry deliveries and ex-plant sales, ensuring accurate weighing and recording of materials.
- Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers and site personnel.
- Complete administrative tasks, maintain accurate records and support the Quarry Manager.
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Experience Required
- Previous weighbridge, administration or customer service experience desirable.
- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Current driver's licence and White Card.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced quarry environment.
