The Role
At Rex, engineering integrity and safety are fundamental to everything we do. We are seeking a suitability qualified and highly motivated Engineering professional to join the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) as an MOCC Officer â Fleet Maintenance Planner.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engineering excellence, confident in working within regulated aviation environments, and dedicated to supporting safe, efficient operations while contributing to the long-term success of our regional network.
This is a 28-day rotating shift work position, based at our head office in Mascot, NSW.
Position Responsibilities
- Scheduling of aircraft fleet to ensure the required operating schedule is met and aircraft maintenance requirements are scheduled appropriately.
- Production of short and long term maintenance forecasts.
- Liaising with Operations, maintenance providers and other company departments regarding daily fleet operations.
- Perform additional duties as they arise through operational and aircraft maintenance requirements.
Key Selection Criteria
- Experience in an airline operational environment.
- Must have a highly developed working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and multitask in a high workflow environment.
- Highly developed communication skills, and must be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work a rotating shift roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia and be able to work from our Head Office in Mascot, NSW.
