Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will oversee daytoday finance operations while providing strategic financial guidance across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring two direct reports
- Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial modelling
- Delivering timely monthly reporting and financial analysis
- Managing project costing, financial acquittals and audit preparation
- Enhancing internal controls, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Supporting senior leaders with financial insights and decision making
- Participating in board committee meetings and risk management activities
What you'll need to succeed
CA/CPA qualificationProven leadership skills in a small team environmentExperience as a Finance Manager, or as a Senior Accountant looking for the next step in your careerStrong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical capabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn authentic, collaborative working styleStrong work ethic and drive to learnHighly systems literate (TechOne highly desirable)Not-for-profit sector experience (highly desirable, not essential).
