Labourforce is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Poly Welder Machine Repairer to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution site based in Coopers Plains, Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build technical skills in a stable, long-term role — full training is provided.

Shift & Pay

• Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Pay Rate: $40.23 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing and servicing poly welder machines

• Diagnosing basic mechanical or operational faults

• Assisting with machine maintenance and upkeep

• Testing equipment to ensure correct operation

• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment

• Supporting production and maintenance teams as required

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude or trade-related experience (preferred, not essential)

• Willingness to learn — full training provided

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work Monday to Friday on day shift
