You'll be managing a well-established portfolio with the support of an experienced team around you.

Whether you're already managing your own portfolio or you're looking to step up from a Strata Assistant/Junior Strata Manager position, we're open to the right person.

ABOUT YOU
- Current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
- Strata management experience
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Confidence dealing with owners, committees and contractors
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
