The Opportunity

A great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a well-supported portfolio and a strong package. You’ll manage approximately 150 properties end-to-end, with an APM and dedicated Leasing support to help keep things running smoothly.

The Role

• Manage a 150-property residential portfolio
• Build and maintain strong landlord & tenant relationships
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears & renewals
• Liaise with owners, tenants & contractors
• Work alongside APM and Leasing support
• Drive portfolio retention and service

About You

• Experienced Property Manager
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and professional
